The ink medium has been traditionally used to illustrate drawings and professional reproductions of plants, especially for books and publications. Fine, acid-free paper and archival inks using pens with a variety of point sizes are essential for creating high quality renderings in fine line pen. You will enjoy skill building, cross hatching and stippling exercises as you explore various techniques for illustrating a diversity of botanical subjects.
