Marisa McClellan is a food writer, canning teacher, and dedicated farmer’s market shopper who lives in Center City Philadelphia. She is the blogger behind the popular Food In Jars blog, and the author of two books: Food in Jars: Preserving in Small Batches Year-Round and Preserving by the Pint: Quick Seasonal Canning for Small Spaces.
