Outdoor Kitchen Assistant
Lend a hand in the Edible Garden Outdoor Kitchen! The primary responsibilities are keeping the kitchen in order, helping chefs locate supplies, distributing tastings, collecting trash, kitchen cleanup, assisting with crowd control, and answering basic questions from visitors. Opportunities are available for weekend demonstrations and weekday cooking classes.
Kitchen Assistants must commit to two shifts a month at approximately three hours a shift. The 2013 season is underway. A training for new volunteers will take place in April 2014 for next season.
