Scarecrows in the Garden

Date: October 1 - October 31
Time: Tuesday - Sunday, 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
This year the Garden is stuffed with nearly 100 scarecrows displayed  throughout the Garden, created by individuals, designers, local organizations and businesses. Scarecrows in the Garden is  beautifully complemented by seasonal decorations. This year’s display is the largest show yet!

Targeted toward children and families, a blend of weekend fun activities are planned for every Saturday and Sunday in October from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. , including "Pumpkin Bowling" and "Cornucopia Bean Bag Toss".

Goblins in the Garden , a children's costume party with cupcakes, activities, pony rides and the Ride-on Train, will take place on Sunday, October 26 from 1 - 4 p.m.

Take advantage of extended hours every Thursday evening when the Garden offers Fest-of-Ale until from 5 - 10 p.m.  Each week features a different variety of fine specialty beers and lively musical entertainment. Bring a flashlight for dusk viewing of the scarecrows.

* For the safety of our visitors, the Children's Garden closes at dusk each night.
