What do millet, sorghum, amaranth, quinoa, almond, brown rice, and chestnut flours have in common? They are all gluten-free! Learn about these flours, how to make all-purpose gluten-free flour mix, and how to modify your favorite gluten-free recipes. Participants bake cookies, naan and muffins together.
